General site improvement suggestions

I'm not trying to offend, but the site could use some improving before I publicly announce this site to the people I know. So far, it's good, but somethings I did not like when I logged on today-

1. Delete Advertisements.
2. Categorize GF Arcade games, and please remove the photo.
3. Change to old layout please? It's less choppy just IMO.
4. Delete the download button. It's a bit annoying.

Offtopic- Could I moderate some more threads? My RF review was deleted and I don't MOD Rf anymore. It would be great if I had privileges like IRushAlot.

I've changed the GF Arcade and the layout is now different its not exactly the same as the old one but it has some good points
Improvements
-Less lag
-Better interface
-Easier to read
-Only one advertisement
-Tells you if you have a message

Well I'l improve the rest of the stuff later and by the way I demoted inactive Moderators/Administrators.
